Understanding and Interpreting Sensations of Being Touched: A Personal Insight

Have you ever experienced a sensation of being touched, even when there is no one around? I, a professional in engineering, have faced such a phenomenon and have shared my experiences with you to help understand this often-mysterious feeling.

Engineering Background and the Role of Sensors

Throughout my career in engineering, I have worked with various sensors that generate signals for recording on a strip chart recorder. At times, noise would appear on this recorder, similar to the static one might hear on an AM radio during summer months. This noise, or disturbance, can sometimes be misinterpreted by the human mind.

Brain and Subconscious Mind: Your Inner GPS

The human mind, being complex and prone to projections and interpretations, can sometimes apprehend disturbances not necessarily through visual or audible means but through other sensory cues. In my case, low humidity in winter and subtle air movements might have been perceived as someone touching me, even when this was not the case. My nervous system and subconscious mind can misinterpret such stimuli, causing a feeling of being touched.

Frequency of Occurrences and Possible Messages

Is this sensation a solitary incident, or do such events recur frequently? In my case, the incidents have not been uncommon. Each occurrence may hold a message. The first thought that enters my mind when such an event happens is often focused on seeking a particular person's attention. However, there could also be a deeper reason behind these occurrences.

The questions you should consider include whether this incident is a one-off event or if it happens regularly. What message do you think is being conveyed through these encounters? Are you trying to draw attention to something?

Exploring Spiritual and Logical Explanations

One perspective is that there was someone there, even if they were not visible. It could be a person you know who has something to say. Alternatively, the energy field in your consciousness might be high, causing you to feel the presence of someone around you. This feeling can be associated with positive energy if you are on a spiritual journey.

It's natural to be scared initially when feeling an unexplained presence. However, as you progress spiritually, you may start to feel a protective energy that helps block out negative influences. Observing your reactions around negative energy or people who jealously react to your presence can provide valuable insights.

Personal Experiences: Comforting Feelings of Presence

I have experienced several unusual sensations of being touched over the past year. The first happened during a church worship service, where a gentle touch and caressing reassured me during moments of loneliness or unloved feelings. More recently, at my sister's house, I felt the same sensation of a loved presence during a moment of emotion.

The frequency of these instances could indicate that sometimes my mother's spirit, or my Heavenly Father, is reaching out for comfort. It is important to accept and understand the reasons behind these feelings, for they can provide comfort during difficult times.

Experiencing a loving presence, even if no one is physically there, can be comforting. It may be the time of your life when you need support, and such feelings can help you in your journey. I hope my experiences can help others who may have encountered similar situations or sensations.

Through these encounters, I find solace in the knowledge that although the presence may be unseen and unheard, it is there to offer me support when needed. Just as God knows the details of my journey, I hope that sharing my experiences can help someone else who may have had a similar encounter.
