The Worst Outfits Worn by Pop Idols: A Critique

Introduction

Pop stars, often the epitome of fashion and style, sometimes fall short. This article explores some of the most egregious fashion fails by popular idols and sheds light on the stylists behind these choices. From MomoGirls to Blackpink, we will dive into the cringe-worthy outfits that have left fans and fashion enthusiasts aghast.

The Worst Outfits in the MomoGirls' Catalogue

MomoGirls, or MOMOLAND, is known for their vibrant and colorful outfits, but not all of them have been successful. The stylists for MomoGirls have been heavily criticized for their choices, particularly Lisa, Wendy, Jisoo, Dahyun, Jeongyeon, Mina, and Tzuyu.

Lisa's Outfit

?I honestly don't know why the stylist gave her these outfits! Like, why?

Wendy's Outfit

Ahhh the iconic Zimzalabim green bacteria shirt, we all know and hate. But seriously, who looked at this monstrosity of a shirt and decided, "oh yeah, Wendy here! Wear this on front of everyone while performing!"

Jisoo's Outfit

There is just so much going on in this outfit I don't even know where to look. This could have been cute if they just kept one solid print/color for the skirt that matched with the yellow shirt, but no. She ended up with this thing.

Dahyun's Outfit

I don't know what it is with JYPE idols and wearing plastic, but here we are. And those ruffle things on her sleeves just no. It's see-through, and for some reason, the light reflecting off of it makes it look worse.

Jeongyeon's Outfit

Jeongyeon always gets the worst outfits. Why couldn't they just at least try to make her outfit look more professional? They just made her put a sweater on.

Mina's Outfit

This looks like something a 5-year-old would wear on Halloween. And they put a little plastic pink belt over it too.

Tzuyu's Outfit

I can't even begin to explain how much I dislike this dress. The Fake and True MV is all shiny, glamorous, and sparkly. The rest of the girls are dressed in pretty dresses, and then there's Tzuyu. In this pink hospital gown.

Conclusion

The stylists for MomoGirls and Blackpink have certainly pulled their weight at times, earning criticism for their less-than-stellar choices. These outfits highlight the potential shortcomings and human errors that can occur in the fast-paced and competitive world of idol fashion. Hopefully, this article serves as a reminder to appreciate even the off days and chalk it up to the learning experience of a growing industry.
