Reflecting on my college days, indulgence in screens, fast food, and social gatherings seemed like the norm, causing me to overlook the significance of maintaining my health. It wasn't until a moment of self-realization that I understood the impact of a lack of healthy routines. Acknowledging my neglect of proper nutrition and physical activity, I realized the importance of implementing a daily healthy regimen. This pivotal moment marked a transformative journey back to a healthier lifestyle, reminding us all of the critical role health plays in our overall well-being.

Another aspect I wish I had cherished more was my creativity. Painting, writing, and drawing filled my life with joy, but as time passed, these interests were sidelined. Although I succeeded academically with an 86% in my 10th boards, I stand at 12th now, and my focus is on preparing for the future. After my first attempt at the NDA exam, I have two more chances to prepare. This experience taught me the value of time and the importance of using it wisely. Whether it's studying, pursuing hobbies, or spending time on other meaningful activities, every minute counts. Cherishing and utilizing time effectively can lead to immense personal growth and success.
