The Purpose of Life: Finding Joy, Peace, and Contribution

Life is a profound journey filled with purpose and meaning. How do we find it? In this article, we will explore what our purpose might be and how to achieve joy, mental peace, and contribution to others. These themes are crucial for personal growth and meaningful living.

Discovering Your Purpose

The journey towards finding your life purpose is often a mix of personal goals and meaningful actions. For some, it is to do the best for their family, ensuring love and joy permeate their lives. Others may seek freedom from the cycle of life and death, understanding that our existence is far from mundane. My personal journey was to offer love in joyful frequencies, while avoiding fear and doubt, which only sour the essence of life.

Learning from the past, I realized that mistakes and sufferings, though painful, are opportunities for growth. These experiences led me to the science of deliberate creation, showing that creating is not merely about the end result but also the process. This clarity has been a significant gain.

Finding Mental Peace

Mental peace is often the topmost priority, as it directly contributes to our mental health and overall well-being. In a toxic environment, surrounded by negativity, achieving mental peace becomes a critical need. It is as important as receiving medical treatment for physical ailments. However, society often misunderstands mental health issues, leading to shame and stigma.

Mental peace can be associated with joy, happiness, calmness, prayer, and meditation. Many spiritual practices also refer to it as an experience of knowing oneself. However, it is much more than just a feeling; it is an essential aspect of one's well-being. By prioritizing mental peace, we can lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Contributing to Others

One of the most significant purposes in life is to help others. This contribution can be as simple as spreading positivity and maintaining humanity in a cruel world. It's a reminder to be thankful for a beautiful life and to make it even better by doing good for others. This act not only benefits society but also enhances one's own well-being.

Some of my personal goals include:

Overcoming the fear of losing someone close and understanding that people come and go in life. Forgiving myself for past mistakes and empowering my younger self to face life's challenges with strength. Exploring and understanding my true self, meeting amazing people, and practicing self-love and detachment. Advancing in my career at top management consulting companies and building a business that inspires young people. Gaining knowledge through books and saving money to build a dream house for my parents. Becoming the strongest version of myself to prove to others who left me during my worst moments. Encouraging others to overcome fear, anxiety, and trauma, and to maintain their kind hearts and empathy. Achieving consistency and maintaining loyalty with myself.

Embracing Spirituality and Growth

Embracing spirituality can add immense confidence to our lives. Practices like meditation not only help in achieving peace but also support in reaching our goals. My dream is to visit the 12 jyotirlings, which is a testament to the power of faith and spirituality in my life.

Ultimately, the purpose of our lives should lead us to inspire and impact others positively. The quote, "I will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes of the bridges burned," is a symbol of resilience. By working hard, we can turn even the harshest critics into supporters and prove our worth.

So, let's all strive to live meaningful lives filled with joy, peace, and contribution. Remember to be consistent, stay true to yourself, and never forget the importance of mental well-being. Here’s to a brighter and more fulfilling future!
