The Misconception of Lockdowns and the Path to True Health

Understanding the Misconception of Lockdowns

The recent statements from the CDC regarding the spread of the coronavirus have reignited debates about the appropriate measures to take in response. In simplistic terms, the suggestion is that the virus will spread to almost everyone, which naturally leads to the question: is canceling events and implementing quarantine measures truly effective, or are these measures more about exercising power than protecting health?

The Focus on Power Over Health

The argument that people should be more careful to protect the vulnerable is certainly valid, but given that over 99% of coronavirus cases recover, one must ask: what is the point of these restrictions if not for political or economic reasons? It is noted that jabbed individuals can pass the virus more easily than those with natural immunity, which further complicates the narrative around the necessity of such stringent measures.

The Truth Behind Lockdowns

The common argument is that hospitals will be overwhelmed, leading to mass casualties. However, the real issue is that lockdowns themselves are far more deadly. For every 1% increase in the unemployment rate, 50,000 people die. Moreover, over 300 million people worldwide could perish due to starvation caused by lockdowns, underscoring the significant human cost.

The solution, according to many experts, is not to lock down but to focus on taking care of one’s health. In the United States, the death rate has not increased due to COVID this year, as many deaths from other causes are being mislabeled as COVID-related deaths. For healthy individuals under age 50, the symptoms of COVID are usually minor. With proper health practices, millions of lives can be saved annually.

The Importance of Personal Responsibility and Healthy Lifestyles

Instead of relying on restrictions, the media can play a crucial role by educating the public on personal responsibility. Simple measures such as vitamin D supplements, healthy eating, and regular exercise can have a significant impact. Vitamin D deficiency, for instance, can kill, and supplements costing less than $5 per month can prevent many from hospitalization. Quitting smoking and not relying on drugs can save millions of lives each year.

It is important to fear the right things. While we will all eventually die, making healthy choices can significantly extend life and improve its quality. Fear unhealthy habits, media propaganda, and the stress it causes. If at higher risk, stay away from others and focus on health over fear.

A Personal Perspective

For someone like me, aged 75 with respiratory issues, the risks are particularly high. If I were to contract the virus, there is a significant chance of morbidity and the risk of infecting my wife. While some may choose to take that risk due to their perceived good health or youthful status, this course of action is incredibly irresponsible. Since the testing programs are flawed, one wouldn’t know they are infected until symptoms develop.

Responsible measures are essential, and this includes embracing a healthier lifestyle, making informed choices, and prioritizing long-term well-being over short-term convenience.
