Meditation is one of the most important habits you can adopt. It can release stress and take you to a state of Pure Consciousness and Bliss. Here are the steps to practice:
Find a Quiet Place: Choose a peaceful spot where you won't be disturbed. Sit Comfortably: Sit in a comfortable position or use a chair if you prefer. Close Your Eyes: Close your eyes to quiet your mind. Think the Mantra “OM”: Repeat the word "OM" in your mind or out loud. Allow Thoughts to Come: Let thoughts and feelings pass gently, without judgment. Return to the Mantra: Whenever you notice your mind wandering, gently bring it back to the mantra. Practice for 20 Minutes: Practice for 20 minutes, ideally in the morning and evening.A Balanced Sunday
Sundays can be as relaxed or as productive as you want them to be. Here's a typical Sunday for me:
Morning Bliss: Waking up whenever I naturally wake up and spending time reading or scrolling through Facebook on my phone. After that, I usually move to my living room to watch Netflix or catch up on some reading. Bath and Blasting Music: Sometimes, I take a relaxing bath or shower while listening to my favorite tunes. Sunday Groceries and Chores: Sundays provide me with a break from my daily work schedule. I don't have to work, so I can focus on chores like grocery shopping, doing laundry, and cleaning my apartment. This gives me a chance to hit the pause button on my busy week. Side Hustle: I also make sure to work on my side hustle, trying to make a little extra money for the week ahead. No Demands: Sundays are my time to do whatever I want without any external demands. It's a day when I can simply be myself and enjoy the freedom it brings. With meditation and mindful activities, Sundays become a day of immense bliss and personal growth. Whether it's indulging in creative pursuits, connecting with my spiritual side, or simply enjoying the mundane, Sundays are truly precious.
