Navigating the Storms of Night: A Journey Back to Wholeness

Navigating the Storms of Night: A Journey Back to Wholeness

During the day, I can socialize, make jokes, and laugh with my friends. However, lately, I often cry for no reason, especially at night when I am alone. This has also led to difficulty in sleeping. So, what is happening to me?

My subconscious habits keep me busy during the day, and I find it hard to make things happen in the way I want. I know deep down that I deserve more - more money, better health, and a more joyous life. At my core, I am playful and always eager for more, but my subconscious habits are not helping me. They need to be reprogrammed. A new software must be installed in my brain to produce better results.

At the end of the day, when I look at myself in the mirror, I see an imperfect body that makes me sad. I recall the New Year's resolutions I made to change my lifestyle and eating habits. However, despite my intentions, I find myself making poor choices. Even when I invest in life coaching and training, I struggle to apply the tools I've learned in practice. I gather information about the law of attraction, affirmations, and meditation from the internet, but these practices are difficult to maintain. Meanwhile, browsing social media, I see others doing well, and a deep sense of inadequacy makes me feel unworthy and powerless.

However, it's important to note that nothing is ever wasted. My emotional breakdowns are trying to teach me to become more conscious of my thoughts and feelings. I deserve more than I think. I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy. Simply by becoming more conscious, I can take care of my feelings and open my heart to find a place of love, trust, and surety. This new sense of self will bring forth a new personality and reality.

Understanding the Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind plays a significant role in our daily lives, often dictating habits and behaviors that may not align with our conscious desires or goals. When we experience tears in the quiet of the night, or find ourselves struggling to achieve our dreams, it is a signal from our subconscious. It is often a imbalance that needs to be addressed in order to move towards a more fulfilling and harmonious life.

Breaking Down to Rebuild

Emotional breakdowns, while painful, can be powerful tools for personal growth. When we cry for no reason, especially at night, it can be a sign that our subconscious mind is triggering a response, urging us to become more conscious. This process of tearing down the old and rebuilding the new involves facing our fears, acknowledging our flaws, and working towards self-empowerment.

Embracing the Unknown

Life is not just about what we see on the surface. Social media and the internet offer a glimpse into the lives of others, often creating a misleading narrative. Real life is more profound, encompassing the unknown realms of the universe. While it's important to be mindful of the energy we surround ourselves with, we must also embrace the vastness of reality beyond our current understanding.

Consciousness is the key to transforming our outlook and behavior. By becoming more aware of our thoughts and feelings, we can take the necessary steps to change our life. This involves not only acknowledging our shortcomings but also learning to love and trust ourselves. We must believe in our own innate power to create the life we desire.

Ultimately, the journey back to wholeness is a personal one. It requires courage, self-reflection, and a willingness to let go of old patterns and embrace new ones. With time, patience, and self-love, we can navigate the storms of night and find the peace and joy that lies within us.
