Navigating My Daily Struggles and Goals: A Journey of Academics, Coding, and Dreams
It's been two weeks since I have not edited any videos, and my engagement rates have been declining daily. I am back to square one, posting nothing on Quora, and attending college but not actually attending classes. I just wander around, chat with friends, and sleep a lot, though I haven't slept well.
Nowadays, I have a more structured day. I spend some time writing and posting on Quora, and I sometimes indulge in watching reality shows like Bigg Boss. Since college has started, there are times when I feel like I should head to the college.
Im Dying These Days
These days, I am experiencing a mix of feelings: sometimes I feel really hectic, busy, frustrated, and tired. I’m not sure what I am trying to do, but I am focused on three main goals: coding, academics, and preparation for the Gate exam.
Coding
My parents desire a very stable and prestigious career for me, hoping that I will secure a good job and can proudly show it to our relatives and neighbors. To achieve this, I have started coding. Coding is challenging, and it requires a lot of practice and effort, which I am trying to put in on a daily basis.
Academics
If you want to secure a good job, it is crucial to maintain strong academic records. Maintaining a minimum of 8.0 GPA not only provides a strong foundation for your career but also leaves a good impression on potential employers. This is particularly important for me, as I am aware of the benefits it brings.
Gate Preparation
One of my primary goals is to prepare for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). GATE is one of the toughest exams, and acing it requires time, effort, and dedication. The pain of preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is something I am determined to overcome. My big brother, Ashish Ranjan, has significantly influenced my decision to prepare for the GATE, and I look up to him for inspiration.
From 5 AM in the morning, I wake up, exercise, have breakfast, try to study, attend classes, and prepare for the GATE. It feels like I am drowning in textbooks and assignments. While some people might suggest focusing on one thing at a time, I am working on multiple fronts because I believe that achieving a balance is crucial.
Motivation and Determination
I read Ashish Ranjan's autobiography, A Boy Who Didn’t Sign, and it has been a constant source of motivation for me. Every time I feel demotivated or find it hard to concentrate, I reread his book and remind myself of his journey. I am determined to emulate his success, and I will surely do my best.
Summary
This is my current daily routine. Maintaining a balanced lifestyle amidst academic and personal commitments is challenging but essential. I am hopeful that with consistent effort and guidance, I will achieve my goals.
