Despite the difficult battles and moments of uncertainty, choosing to keep going and better ourselves is the greatest highlight of this year.

Lessons from Tough Times

When faced with setbacks, like being required to work full-time while trading, it's essential to look at the lessons learned. I previously worked as a trainer, independently managing my time and responsibilities. This role taught me the importance of self-management and maintaining a sustainable business. In contrast, my current consulting role offers a more structured and specialized environment. This shift has provided me with a safer work-from-home environment and the opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues, allowing for a more sustainable and growth-oriented journey.

The Power of Mindfulness and Meditation

Amidst all the chaos and uncertainty, taking care of one's mental health becomes paramount. For me, meditation has been a game-changer. In 2021, I made a conscious effort to meditate daily for at least 10 minutes, and even if that's not feasible, meditating three days a week has still brought significant benefits.
