My Brother, My Strength and Love: A Heartwarming Story

My Brother, My Strength and Love: A Heartwarming Story

I often receive questions like, 'Can you tell me something about your sister or brother?' Here's an inside look at my relationship with my brother, a journey filled with laughter, love, and occasional irritations.

A Personal Reflection

My brother used to love hiding in my closet. The idea that we could share such a bonding moment simply because we were kids adds a touching touch to our brotherhood. However, remember, no information gets shared online without us getting to it first – because they have a habit of deleting things that might reflect poorly on them!

The Mirror Moment

There was a time when every morning before school, he would stand in front of the mirror, asking, "Mummy, how do I look? Do I look good?" Mummy, always the supportive parent, would reply smiling, 'You look most handsome, my son.' He would then enthusiastically look in the mirror again, asking, 'Really?' I remember commenting with a slight teasing tone, 'Just do something to prove it! Mummy just doesn't want to disappoint you.'

Supportive and Teasing

My brother is a kind-hearted and good listener. While he can be a bit of a tease on my face, he never misses an opportunity to turn the tables on me when I’m in big trouble. He’s my strength, always concerned about his looks, but I'll never show this story to him; the last thing he needs is an overconfidence boost!

Cricket Enthusiast

It wouldn't be complete without mentioning his love for cricket and WWE. He's also an excellent batsman, having won several local tournaments. Despite his passion, he left cricket for some personal reasons. Recently, he scored 94 in his class 12 PCM exams. However, he never takes me or any of us for a trip. This trait of his gets on my nerves because I hate being left alone in such moments.

A Sibling's Comfort

One of my quirks is how much I love wearing his clothes. They always make me feel comfortable and confident. For instance, I wore his t-shirt today and it felt great. My brother, however, rarely pays any attention to my style choices. But today, he caught me, and his reaction was priceless!

Accidental Discovery

"Mummyyyyyy, dekho, iska yar phir se mera kapada le li!" He exclaimed irritably. "Ary yar, please, yar, ab se nahi lenge, yar, sorry, sorry!" I replied, begging for him to understand my need to change. After some more playful banter, he threatened, 'Mummy, don't even touch my shirt. If you do, I'll cut your hand off, yours.' Laugh, of course, but it's moments like these that showcase the deep bond we share.

A Universal Moment

Recently, we were at a function, and since I'm not the best at posing, I tried to hold his hand for the photo. He asked, 'What are you doing, why are you holding my hand?' I smiled mischievously, 'Iroonah, you're too shy.' Suggesting I pose like Rocky from the movie KGF. The last thing I want to say is, I love my brother a lot. He truly is my everything, Mera Bhai tu Mera Jane hai (My brother is my life).
