Personal Review: Whitefields Experience
Living in Whitefields for three years has provided me with valuable insights into choosing a rental accommodation, especially concerning the water supply.
Our apartment has a supervisor who is in charge of all the facilities at the apartment. We pay a rent of 17,000 INR, with a maintenance fee ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 INR. This includes guard salary, cleaning of corridors, and water bills. The maintenance fluctuates due to water bill costs. During the non-summer season, the maintenance is generally 2,500 INR. During the summer season, the maintenance is 3,500 INR. Unlike some areas, our apartment does not have Manjeera water connection. We have to order water tanks, which the supervisor arranges. Water tanks are cheaper during the non-summer season and become more expensive in the summer season. This information is critical for budgeting.Note: This review provides a personal insight and may not cover all possible options or scenarios.
